FAILURE #5, SANTA MARIA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IBCS--
International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS)
announced today that it has signed an agreement with OTC Charts, Inc.
to provide complete intraday trading data, deal coverage, real-time
news and SEC filings to micro-cap stock traders. Under the agreement,
IBCS will retain a percentage of revenues generated by the service,
which retails for $99 per month. IBCS anticipates a substantial
residual revenue stream as a result.
