FAILURE #3, SANTA MARIA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 30,
2003--International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB: IBCS) announced
today that it has retained the services of an Australian investor and
businessman. In the last press release, dated April 3, 2003, IBCS
announced that Mr. Laurence R.L. Gartner of Victoria, Australia had
expressed his interest in providing services to IBCS in such areas as
growth and expansion as well as visibility in the marketplace. Mr.
Gartner had offered these services on favorable terms and an agreement
has been reached. Mr. Gartner will serve as a consultant for one year
under the current agreement. The term will begin immediately.
