You make very VERY valid points, in fact, I agree with it.

It is virtually impossible to use this in the US for reasons you mentioned

That is why it is used exclusively outside the US, where the need to PREVENT terror/crime is taken seriously, and where it isn't in the US......(we care MORE about after the fact)


All that could change if another major attack happens.....or where SDSS tech is shown to have prevented a major occurrence in another country
