I think we stand a better chance selling the equipment commercially then through the government. A terrorist doesn't need government approval to act but we need to go through a chain of command to get anti terror equipment approved. Strange isn't it. A Congressman won't hesitate to build a bridge to nowhere if it gets him reelected but spend a dime to protect the citizens is another story.
