The point is the SEC is not going to spend time on a company becuase it missed some PR dates. Every company misses dates. It is not a big deal. They are forward looking statements and should be interupted as that.

On the other hand they will investigate companies such as FORD which they just recently settled with.

or

Take Two for "Parking" products. Where they shipped product just to get the financials to look good, but never expected the recieving company to pay.

The closest thing to Q would be the emergency AIMSI case. They were accused of a Pump and Dump scheme in which a fraudulent promotional campaign was created to drive up the price and trading volume of Aimsi’s stock. It was then proved they sold the stock for a profit.

Notice that it was a fraudulent promotion that never happend. Q is trying to promote and execute. The SEC has nothing to look at here and way more interesting cases out there.
