Sorry pal, too late to talk this back down. Nice try, though. You may want to just get what you can at whatever price you can and do it with integrity! Dubai is in the process of change, not collapse. There is simply tons of money there, and for them to get into alternative energy makes all the sense in the world. They got rich from energy, they will stay rich from energy. And PSPW is obviously going to be a big part of that...
