Yes, Dubai money is HUGE!!!!! Still, hoping for a slow crawl up into and through the dollars. Too much, too quick gives people itchy trigger fingers which can lead to unnecessary panic like happened last time.

Short termers, be hopeful because you may get it.

Long termers, be hopeful for either a slowdown or at least BIG investor money coming in, those who know how to roll with and handle such big gains.

Either way, all positive developments here. Very excited...
