it's what i would do .. and if
kendrick is the new ceo and has
competent legal counsel .. odds
are that is the advice he's been
given .. kendrick went on the BOD
in aug 2010 .. which tells me he's
privy to every negative and positive
that has come expo's way .. i'm curious
to see if kendrick is there on 9/22 .. i have
zero doubts jd and glenn and others will be

regardless .. one way or the other the *next*
round is known by eod on 9/22 ..
