That red aroon is now dominant and as long as it is EMXC will not rise. The aroon up is green and it has to be dominant to move EMXC up. You can see the aroon up made yet another head fake today. Hopefully, it will continue on up but may have to recycle again. That takes time. In the 15 minute Inertia setup it is showing that EMXC has support. That bodes well for it. It doesn't suggest more loss but if it has to base a day or two to move up...then so be it as long as it moves with authority.
