Need some of you experts to help me on some dd. Im digging hard but my shovel is very dull.

Im trying to determine the number of shares held and number of shareholders, POST r/s of BMGI at the time Pharmstar bought BMGI shell and prior to trading as PHAR once FINRA approved ticker.

After r/s by BMGI there was about a 4-5 month period before PHarmstar purchase so the number of shares held and number of shareholders should be somewhere.Those that held and stayed with PHAR were here even before ticker change and public information on PHAR and its totally new business model compared to BMGI went into public trading. I was one.

Lot of single shareholders with huge amounts and collectively those that add up to large amounts "post" split.Just trying to dig to find # of shareholders at the point of PHARMSTAR purchase versus our 3700+ investors to date. Those are either staying or continually dumping whether its a large holder or collective holders spread out at times that make no investing sense other than, THEY ARE DESPARETLY NEEDING FUNDS.Impossible to tell whats left but it might tell us about how much was held day -1 of PHAR ticker trading and full release of new business.
