I think I may have been wrong this shows that http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=TIVU&id=17302 Shiva purchased The company from Belmont partners,llc but unfortunately he defaulted so the usual suspects, canouse, Rico,Frohling, meuse, etc. must be behind the scenes running the puppet. Looks like Shiva (Max Wifi)just wanted a chance at a good company but these guys have been using the same business model for a long time.
