lowtrade: Thanks for the reply. I guess I have been having difficulty understanding the implications of your observations regarding trade size.

However, I don't think I concur with you about the relevance of T/A now. T/A is largely a tool for discovering investor's behavior and the implications of it. The tentative trading while early on AMEX is just more of this. There are many causes of investor uncertainty and I don't see the "new to the AMEX" cause being any less suitable to T/A than another. JMHO.
