We will see here soon as they have some warrants expiring in Nov or so.

The conversion is .07 and they mostly are very old shareholders from the last company.
It might be why we are staying down in price for the time being as they do not want to convert those shares now.

It would dilute there equity in the GCLL at this point to go past the .07 till after expiration.

This is growing well and with Natural Gas as the next fuel for transportation now in the US growing they will have some major moves ahead.

I am fine just holding till the day they pay the Greencell shares to the shareholders here.
