I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. This is better than not having a communicating agent in hand who is also working to create a larger shareholder base. Does anyone have an idea as to any past success stories of PSP V? This would better help us understand what sort of track record they have: good or bad. In the end, it is the COMPANY and business plan that lead to successful returns and happy shareholders.
