a $80K labor dispute is not significant when the technology is discovered. Unfortunately, the matter is trying to be settled on a blog site for leverage. How many people you think follow iHub anyway? If you do not have the means to do any substantial DD, be cautious trusting message boards, especially pink sheet boards. The labor claim is an insignificant issue and i undrstand this is being resolved soon and its all done.
