how about just keep the explanation simple and stop pointing fingers, just known that this company has not raised any money so nothing here to keep this substantial increase to hold.

You knew this as well or you would of held your position instead of selling 260% that it made you...

Sucker's bullish move to get more to buy into it for it to drop again...

I guess the charts lied as well where this was heading...
