OPENWAVE (OPWV)

I'm liking the situation here. OPWV has filed a lawsuit against AAPL & RIMM regarding OPWV's mobile communications software. Also, since Google/Android aren't named in the suit, there's a chance that OPWV could be cutting a seperate licensing deal with them.

One or both of these situations could result in HUGE benefits for OPWV. And they have a good enough balance sheet - over $100 million in cash and ST investments - that the risk in the stock is small as shareholders wait for developments.

If good news comes out, the stock will explode and there won't be time to react. I'd rather be in, and sit back for things to happen.

The stock is firm this morning, and at $1.90 I would recommend making that that OPWV is in your aggressive port.
