From previous conversations here, it was claimed Helios was dead because it was no longer listed in their financials. Maddyandboomer responded that he had asked them about this, which is what I reposted. The updated financials (and hopefully audited) will correct this oversight in the financials.

So it sounds like Helios is at least still alive and the $500k will show up on this amended filing.
