Please Check My Math Here Guys!!

So we owe $550K tomorrow to the CFO of SWK and some other guy. If the CEO took 101,000,000 shares for a $51,000 loan, does that mean that this $550K will ad another 1.1 Billion shares if we are unable to pay it back? and if we can pay back $550K tomorrow, why can we not give the CEO his $51K so he does not make this company worthless again?

if I am wrng please correct me, but if I am correct then ask yourself does this make even one once of sense to anyone with half a brain cell? About as sensible as changing the name to SILVERSUN TECHNOLOGIES!!! from Trey Resource. The only reason this wasn't Silversun Resources, is cause someone took that name already.
