Geithner Comments:

- need to be open, honest and provide force behind plans to help solve financial crisis

- there is no chance major countries of Europe will let their institutions have a Lehman moment

- europe matters to u.s. bc it adds to incentive of caution bc we are still healing from crisis

- says cutting some of the deductions the richest Americans as way to pay for jobs bill has "least risk" to economy
