IMO,yes but only after they get enough shares. Keeping the price low for Kodiak benefits them as when they file another S-1 it will be at the lowest trading price for a five day span. So if they can keep FLTT at say .0012 Kodiak can buy say 50M at .00114 or however many shares FLTT offers them. Kodiak will then sell some or all the shares to MMs or market manipulators as you call them. LOL! After the MMs get enough cheap shares they will let FLTT fly to the moon. I would think by now after all the manipulation Vincent and his buddies pulled with us retail here they will be CF+ with the earnings on October 17th or sooner.
