Mineseeker never was in the broadband

game. THEY WERE IN THE LEARNING GAME. Like teaching
the people of Mozambique how to do things. Broadband
does no good in Mozambique, Kosovo or anywhere else
there are mines. WHY don't people get that!!!

NO MERGER DOCUMENTS were ever filed. The intent was
there but it was never done. Mike Kendricks first
priority now, I imagine, is to file an 8K and have
the "Stop" sign removed to a "YIELD" and then go
ahead with the merger in the right way. Officers and
who will be what are sure to follow.
This is all just plain business strategy and quite
probably what is going on behind the scenes.
The only ones to know are the ones involved, and
they sure ain't on this or any other board.
