That's probably because there isn't anything like that in that SEC section...but you knew that.

Shareholders are not assets... the company doesn't own a shareholder. A shareholder OWNS the share of vmsyq.

Another thing, vmsyq common shareholders have no voting rights.
Probably just warrant holders, preferred shareholders have the rights.

One can run and hide from reality or they can trade vmsyq accordingly.
