Thanks Art, there definitely has been a lot of interest shown.

I have sent info to 15 Micro-Cap Funds (which is all I have found so far) and 15 VC Funds. I have decided to switch my focus from VC Funds to Hedge Funds. There are thousands of them.

Check out this reply from Australia below my response:

Hello Ken,

Thank You for reviewing the information I sent you.

I am an individual investor that has been inspired by the credentials of Natcore's management and scientific team, and by Natcore's disruptive technology. I view Natcore as an outstanding investment destination for seed money and open market share purchases. NXT.V on the Canadian Venture Exchange and NTCXF.PK. Natcore is currently trading at $.75. The 52 week high/low = $1.25/$.48.

From the last link I provided to you; Natcore has many short term positive catalysts as well as their longer term "Holy Grail" tandem cell products (tandem cell on a silicon wafer and flexible thin-film roll-to-roll tandem cell) (approximately 3 years).

Here is another informative video:

I will forward your reply to Tom Scarpa SVP and Investor Relations: 1-732-576-8800 scarpa@natcoresolar.com

I am sure that you will find Natcore's management to be very passionate and honest.

All the best,

Jim

Perhaps we can have a discussion on how I can assist you in securing capital for your venture.
I suspect that you may be in the US, we are in Australia, in case you were not clear.
Nonetheless, we work with businesses globally, and happy to discuss your needs.
Let me know if you wish to hook up over Skype at kenrmac.
Best
Ken

Hello Ken,

I think the future of solar energy capture will evolve using Natcore Technology's disruptive Liquid Phase Deposition process. Natcore has made great strides over the last 12 months. Once fully developed, this technology will double the output of solar panels, dramatically reduce their cost, and eliminate the need for solar subsidies. Please read more:
