I dont get this part. (that was explained above)

I can see tree reasons:

1. Insider knows its a scam.
2. Acute liquidity need.
3. Has a better payoff somewhere else (hard to see where given the stocks valuation and that the seller must KNOW he is depressing the stock a lot).

I know of no other large stake investor that would be so clumsy to show his selling intentions so wide in the open.

In one way, i think all of us investors should stop buying until a predetermined limit, say 40 cents. Then he would have no choice than to sell REALLY cheap.

Shall we all team up? According to game theory, this sort of collusion would be impossible. However its fun to try though. Who is with me???? I can join this "pact" it would be epic in stock forum history i believe.
