Surf, I agree with a caveat. Jeff is CEO of NHSH and MS is majority shareholder. Now when MS deems it right to reverse merge into NHSH, then Kendrick will make the determination whether to keep Jeff and if so, in what capacity.
In terms of bandwidth, while there is a non-compete between Jeff and Centacom, if Centacom can't pay the bandwidth guys, which is not out of the question, they can become free agents.
But again, that would create a further funding issue on NHSH if they took on the bandwidth guys. And I think the bandwidth guys are pretty tired on operating on a shoe string. I think they will want to go with a well capitalized company.
