I spoke to IEBSs new CFO a couple of times. They are in better shape now, than when their PPS was in the dollars. Matter of time on this one. I believe others are beginning to see it also.

When I first saw this the bid was one at .03 or .04. Now, one each at .068, .075, and .085.
