I agree JP I think there will be quite a bit of info included in the DC. What info I have no idea but I do not expect anything shocking.

It would be nice to have some info on the spinout and how they plan on doing it. I would think that since it has been in the works for months now they wont be asking us to vote on how they will be doing it.

I would think there is a lot to do with Nio in the voting. I would think they would want a vote for BoD or somesuch. I am not really sure what to expect.

I think the market is seeing something along the lines that I said before. If it was something great for the PPS we wouldnt need to vote. That doesnt mean that anything will be bad for the PPS but you know how the pink work.

The "players" are hoping we are all going to buy buy buy into the DC but if the DC is full of neutral info then the PPS would drop back.Bad info it would fall and good info it would climb. but the players are only trying to feed on the pre-DC speculation.

That speculation didnt pan out and the players are exiting before the news.

We are in good shape for the DC if the selling continues. The people here, who know what is in the ground made a killing on the low PPS today. My guess is it drops in the morning too. but late day climb back up
