there are a few others who will be there including
one local long whom i expect you will be interested
in chatting with .. i could be wrong of course on
that interest .. but this individual is one of the 7
folks who make up <approx> 2.2 BILLION shares

Could one offer me any plausible reason this shareholder would have any interest whatsoever in how many shares of EXPH another person owns or where certificates are kept? That rationale would not cross my mind to be frank.

I'm attending this meting to hear what management has to say about the stock split error which occurred back in February and to enlighten shareholders what is going on with these unknown to now lawsuits and the 127K in 941 payroll taxes the company has not sent on to the IRS. All of which have been posted with links to back it up.

And the roughly 400K in shareholder advances owed back to the company by JD and Glenn. Fellow shareholders who are unable to obtain large company loans/advances request to be formally told when this money is going to be repaid back into this company's treasury.

My sole and singular interest concerning other common shareholders would simply be to meet and greet them in person.
