I'm not convinced that the company dumped shares yesterday



Your correct. The company didn't "dump" shares yesterday, or any other day.

APCX sells discounted and unrestricted shares to a buyer. The buyers process the certs, and deposit with their brokers. Once the clearing/depositing process is complete, the buyers tell their brokers how and when to dump the shares. 180 mil yesterday were mostly likely part of the last 900 mil in added shares. So, 720 mil left to go. Just a rinse and repeat cycle. Let the bid build, dump on it. These guys have been able to do it 6 times now in 2 months, but the bid weakens more each time, and takes longer to build back in. Just look at the chart. The shares must be getting sold very cheap since they dump to the .0001 so easy.
