Things got quiet here quick after they rejected the offer. I too was hoping they would accept the offer and this would shoot up to .18 but I was expecting exactly what happened and have been picking up even more shares. I've averaged down pretty nicely. NISC has big things planned and I'm ready for at least 5-10 bags short term at these levels. Once again, accumulate now or average down if you're in...you'll thank me later. GLTA
