According to Level 2 -- If someone had about $7,000 that they could invest in PDOS, that would knock out all the sell prices and would mean the next buy would jump the price of PDOS to $0.03.

I still may have some learning to do though... Wish I had the $7,000. Hope that someone reading this will go ahead and buy up the shares...just to see if the next buy does bring us up to $0.03 a share.
