First of all who wants a major shareholder shorting the stock? I don't blame them for getting rid of him. DB wants gold because that's the way the agreement was done, I don't think DB would have forked over the money if Y-N couldn't produce the goods. I'm sure DB did their DD in that regard. JMHO
