OK, so let me see if I can wrap my mind around the essential elements of your view of JBII's trustworthinesss, so that I can adopt them myself...

Against the backdrop of it being a criminal act for JBII to have filed an 8K with the SEC reporting their deal IF it is true that JBII is a lair and they are not actually signatorees of the agreement described therein...

.... with the criminal liability sitting like an 800 pound gorilla in the corner, you are telling me that it is necessary for people to obtain confirmation of the accuracy of the 8K by obtaining supporting confirmation from Rock Tenn?

I don't think so.

Unless it is the habit of thought in America to presume that everybody will be a criminal unless actually caught and prosecuted, I repudiate entirely the very idea that JBII is not willingly complying with the law by issuing a fully accurate 8K filing that does not require confirmation to be believed.

I repudiate that very idea.

It is unreasonable to countenance the notion that JBII blatantly lied about it via the filing because it is not even remotely possible for them to effect any kind of legal defense of their making a deliberate filing they knew beforehand was illegal.

I view the idea that they lied in the 8K as absurd because they instantly end up sacrificing their innovation, and all the benefits accruing from it, if they as so stupid as to make a fake filing that they can not defend against prosecution.

If we presume they are crooks at JBII, then it stretches believability to think they are so inadept at being criminals that they make a completely indefensible mistake and lay themselves wide upen to prosecution and incarceration.

If they are the cunning crooks they are alleged to be, it is not thinkable that they would openly file a completely false 8K that needs to be confirmed by Rock Tenn to be believed.

If society had degenerated to the level where people like those managing JBII defy the SEC that openly, expecting to get away with unhidden criminality, then the worry expressed here and elsewhere about the trustwortiness of a company like JBII is the least of our worries.
