My concern here is the fact that Kuni has let this company continue to fall into the hole while we all wait for this acquisition to either happen or not happen. We haven't been current on pink sheets or on time with financials since the first LOI with the Florida company and the combination has killed the company's outlook and position. All the while the CEO either keeps quiet on things he should be talking about and postponing the things that should have already been released.

I'm on the fence here and really ready to jump either direction right now. Poor managment to say the least even if the acquisition happens IMO.
