That is GOOD! For .004 stock basically means there are either a few heavy hitters holding for something big or a lot of little guy pretty much doing the same thing...eitherway less shares to sell...which is a good thing because as it build the price of the stock per share usually goes up and people are less likely to sell cheap...

Also, MWIP just retired like 36 million shares to create that share stucture...which means the company buys them back...the added news that they retire them makes it a tight group...
