On 22 August 2011 MMTE Stated:

Mammoth Energy Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MMTE), a lithium and alternative energy mining company, announced today that to date the company has not been served any official documentation and there is no pending legal matter against the company.



HOWEVER - There is factual evidence provided to the NY Court System and identified by the Clerk that William Lieberman and MMTE were served on 19 July 2011!
