Nice! But really, obviously Textraw needs a cash injection (some DD & experience with M*G helps a bit here). If they were a cash cow and going to bring huge revenues to ALCL why would Textraw have failed in several different merger attempts over the last 12 months or so? Better yet, if they hage huge revenue & potential why would Textraw need money from a public company and looking to basically sell a controlling interest of this gold mine?
