Actually, I am to blame for us not closing at $0.0125. When I saw that there was about 3 mins to close I checked level 2 using one of those free Level 2 web sites and it said the ask was $0.015. I put in a buy for 10,000 shares at the limit price of $0.015. When I saw that the sale went thru at $0.0104 instead, I was devastated! I quickly tried to put in another buy for 20,000 shares at $0.015 but by accident put it in for 2,000 shares.

So I learned a valuable lesson today. Unless I have the correct tools to check Level 2, I will not be putting in any late bids trying to pay the ask price.

...still it does not answer the question why someone would want to sell at $0.0104?
