stanu never found the ngmc annual meeting. They had it at MGM but didn't register the meeting, just rented a room and probably used it for an insider's fun weekend. I sold ngmc eventually because of their refusal to acknowledge that the bad note receivable had to be charged off. They were hiding it. They finally charged off part of it but still are holding part of it as an asset. Growth has been tough even though they have tried to juice up sales staff. Need new franchise sales to make profits.
