Yea thats the big question here still. They've turned so many corners, but a couple big items still remain. They have 20mil+ outstanding debt (that they have been crushing BTW) and this litigation, but the litigation isnt a situation where we can lose everything. It's either we remain where we are right now in terms od company development/profitability, or we win/settle and all hell breaks loose.

I am waiting until after the R/S (coming any day) and adding more unless I see bigtime dilution kicking in again....supposedly that isnt going to be the case this time around, and if its not the big up is coming. GL.
