I use ameritrade and my account has not been updated either.
This morning i spoke with Ameritrade and they said.

Apparently we are waiting on the company to provide information on the transfer agent. After that is done, the transfer agent will have to confirm these securities as DTC eligible

So i called Island Stock Transfer and they told me that the company has not issued instructions on the shares yet.

I tried calling the company at [phone] the number listed with Island Stock Transfer. I got a voice mail. I believe this is a cell phone.

The guy with Ameritrade said. This happens and is not a bad sign just that the company is running behind.
