You are wrong!!! The dilution would NOT necessarily stop. The Preferred shares having 75% voting control could authorize an increase in the Authorized Shares by ANY amount and then dump them into the market.

Shut down the Pink Sheets for good. Call your congressman, FINRA, SEC, etc. Let your voice be heard so that this SCAM exchange can be shut down
