It looks like last qtr about 5.1M shares were issued at
an average price of just over 3 cents.

and 1.1M shares of restricted stock issued to UE & CH

and 1M shares issued to mgt

IMO, on the topic of takeover/buyout--the Stuckerts would not
have put over $2M in this company with the same info we have.
There is a game plan, but us peons don't know what it is, how
long it will take or if we will be included in the payoff.

Mgt never did explain the huge A/S increase other than citing a
few standard vague reasons.
