It is a real shame that an entire company is crashing to the ground due to management. There's no doubt that the products work. The last few years was the time to really grow this company with proper leadership, which would then give them the opportunity to keep up with the times in R&D to advance as a company. D-Bag Yaacov is just leading them on a stagnant path to obsolete.

I can really understand now why CEO's of large companies are paid ten's of millions a year...it's their decisions that can turn a great product into an Identa.
