Oops I meant to say 45 days for Q and 90 for K but that is SEC rules to deregister and only conditional on OTCMarkets for transparency. So yeah I can see why they did not remove limited information. It still stands to reason that the CEO isn't very careful person and careless mistakes can destroy market confidence. Although, so far if all statements besides timeliness are true he is a very strong at managing operations well. I hope this stock will rebound at least close to recent highs or better yet into pennyland to be worth all the stress we endure.
