iamshazzam. Let us reveiw that statement shall we?
Thanks!

"The Company contemplates that HelloSoft, Inc.("HelloSoft"), an independent software developer based in California, will provide certain development work necessary to the completion of the semiconductor chipset. The Company and HelloSoft are parties to a Services Agreement, dated as of March 31, 2004, under which HelloSoft provides continuing development services relating to the Company's semiconductor chipset."

The bold part says it all.
The use of the word contemplate is a term used in order to cover ones self in V's case.
Here is what I found.............

--------------------------------------------------------------
contemplate

verb {I or T}

to spend time considering a [bpossible future action, or to consider one particular thing for a long time in a serious and quiet way:
- {+ ing form of verb} I'm contemplating going abroad for a year.

- You're not contemplating a change of job, are you?

- It's too awful/horrific/dangerous to contemplate.

contemplation

noun {U}

- She was staring out over the lake, lost in contemplation.

- The nuns have an hour for silent contemplation every morning.
--------------------------------------------------------------

I would think one would agree the word leaves it open.
Wide open.
Why is it always this way?

This agreement was over a year ago.

A year to get a product in FPGA form that according to Brad just needed some finishing touches.

15 months later and zip.

Because the last sentence says............

under which HelloSoft provides continuing development services relating to the Company's semiconductor chipset."

Does anyone believe that?
To continue services the original money per agreement would have had run out by now.

If an agreement was entered for any other type of compensation for work received would they not be reqired to list that?

Continuing development services could mean anything.
This is quite typical of NVEI's tactics over the years.
Instead of providing schedule which would lend themselves a bit of much needed credibility that they actually have a plan the shareholders receive once again............zip!
