So if, as you claim, the Dimyat deal is off, why keep bringing it up? Without acquiring Dimyat there is no asset (of Dimyat) on the books to value the share price anywhere near that. And without Dimyat these shares you like to refer to being valued at $1 would have been returned to the company any way.

So which is it? Can't have it both ways.
