I don't know how relevant this is, but I've just discovered that CESV is listed on teh Berlin Stock Exchange.

I don't know if there is a connection with the recent selling volume as I could not see any volume. (Perhaps this can be hidden)

This is what I got when I went to have a look at the traders book:
