If you are posting in a sincere and honest way and not just being a cheerleader, would you be so kind to explain in a direct and factual way how you have determined (not by quoting from the filing) that New Visual Corporation is compensating HelloSoft for their on-going engineering efforts.

Compensating means "paying" them.

If you believe that HelloSoft is doing developmental engineering work on the come, you are arriving at your conclusion through blind faith without any tangible or verifiable evidence. Not even in India do developmental electronic engineers work for nothing.

And permit me to remind you, sir, that "contemplates" does have a connotation of "dreams of."
